“Having survived this pandemic and still finding ways to flip the script and create a profitable living for myself as an independent freelancer and artist has been nothing short of a miracle. Being an artist during this time has come with many challenges - not just with the restriction of physically being separated from the community, and having all the events and collaborations cancelled, leaving me with roughly 10% of my original income - the difficulty of staying motivated and not letting the depression settle in has been one of the biggest hurdles with maintaining a creative living for myself. But I’ve learned to not burn myself out as much - and to really nature and heal myself when there is downtime, and not push so hard like I was used to pre-pandemic. Learning my boundaries and creating healthy habits has been the greatest triumph of all for me. ”
Hailing from Paris, France, I’ve been heavily involved in the Arts & Entertainment industry in Canada since 1995, focusing mainly on the roles of Graphic Designer, Film & TV Producer/Director, as well as Visual Artist, Event Coordinator, Instructor, DJ and Photographer. My passion for community over competition has led me to collaborate with other creatives from all walks of life as I continuously strive to bring a sense of joy and togetherness throughout my work.
