Welcome to Industry’s WorkWeekend, three days of workshops designed to empower Hamilton artists to do the work they want to do. If you’re an actor, writer, mover, or creator, you’ll want to take advantage of everything WorkWeekend has to offer:

  • A chance to learn with the most dynamic artists from Hamilton and beyond

  • Small class sizes at accessible prices

  • Endless possibilities for meaningful connections with like-minded artists

WorkWeekend runs December 8-10 at Hamilton Artist Inc. Space for all events is limited, so visit the Workshops and Events page to learn more and register early to get a spot!

IS WORKWEEKEND FOR ME?

WorkWeekend is open to adult artists of all career levels, from emerging to established. Some workshops have specific focuses or needs and may ask for materials to be collected in advance. Take a look at the Workshops and Events page to learn more.

We’ve tried to make WorkWeekend as barrier-free as possible with a $10 entry fee per workshop. If this presents ANY barriers to you whatsoever, please get in touch with associate producer Maddie at maddie@industrypresents.com so we can ensure your participation.

MAKING BRAVE SPACES

Industry is always striving to create spaces where artists can bring their most authentic selves. We know that the best work—and the most meaningful opportunities for learning—take place when you feel safe, secure, and comfortable to take creative risks. All WorkWeekend workshop spaces live in accordance with Industry Safer Spaces policy, available for all to read here. Everyone is welcome, safe, and respected.
